# Pre vs SKF iLMS

The clearest difference is update cadence: SKF iLMS at every 3 weeks against Pre's every 7 months. Pre's advantage is iOS requirement (13.0 vs 17.0). On price, ads, in-app purchases and device support there is nothing between them.

Both are free to download. Neither carries in-app purchases, so what you see is what you pay.

Pre ships an update every 7 months, SKF iLMS every 3 weeks. The most recent releases landed on September 28, 2026 and October 11, 2026 respectively.
