# FYNTV vs Ascension21

The clearest difference is ads: Ascension21 at none against FYNTV's shown. Ascension21 also leads on rating (5.0 vs 4.5) and monetization model (free vs ad-supported). FYNTV's advantage is ratings volume (15 vs 1) and iOS requirement (10.0 vs 12.0). On price, in-app purchases and device support there is nothing between them.

Both are free to download. Neither carries in-app purchases, so what you see is what you pay.

Ascension21 holds the better App Store score, 5.0 against 4.5. That said, the two scores are not equally well evidenced: FYNTV has 15 ratings behind it against 1, so its average is the more settled of the two.
