# Fitness First Germany vs EF Digital

The clearest difference is review sentiment: Fitness First Germany at 80% against EF Digital's 22%. Fitness First Germany also leads on ratings volume (38 vs 2). EF Digital's advantage is rating (5.0 vs 4.7) and update cadence (fortnightly vs every 2 months). On price, ads, in-app purchases and monetization model there is nothing between them.

Both are free to download. Neither carries in-app purchases, so what you see is what you pay.

EF Digital holds the better App Store score, 5.0 against 4.7. That said, the two scores are not equally well evidenced: Fitness First Germany has 38 ratings behind it against 2, so its average is the more settled of the two. Written reviews complicate that: 80% of Fitness First Germany's written reviews are positive against 22% of EF Digital's, so the app with the better star average is not the one people write more warmly about.

Fitness First Germany ships an update every 2 months, EF Digital fortnightly. The most recent releases landed on October 29, 2026 and October 30, 2026 respectively.
