# MathWise vs Stitchlie

The clearest difference is update cadence: Stitchlie at every 3 weeks against MathWise's every 2 months. Stitchlie also leads on iOS requirement (15.1 vs 17.0). On price, ads, in-app purchases and device support there is nothing between them.

Both are free to download. MathWise sells 3 in-app purchases, starting at $1.99 per month and Stitchlie sells 2 in-app purchases, starting at $4.99 per month. Whichever you choose, the download price is not the number that matters.

MathWise ships an update every 2 months, Stitchlie every 3 weeks. The most recent releases landed on October 29, 2026 and October 28, 2026 respectively.
