# TheNews.im vs follow.it

The clearest difference is rating: follow.it at 5.0 against TheNews.im's 3.1. TheNews.im's advantage is ratings volume (8 vs 1) and iOS requirement (9.0 vs 15.1). On update cadence, ads, in-app purchases and device support there is nothing between them.

follow.it holds the better App Store score, 5.0 against 3.1. That said, the two scores are not equally well evidenced: TheNews.im has 8 ratings behind it against 1, so its average is the more settled of the two.
