# Backdrops vs Wallpaper Maker and Generator

The clearest difference is ads: Wallpaper Maker and Generator at none against Backdrops's shown. Wallpaper Maker and Generator also leads on update cadence (weekly vs every 2 months) and rating (5.0 vs 4.7). Backdrops's advantage is ratings volume (1.6K vs 4). On price, in-app purchases, monetization model and device support there is nothing between them.
