# Schooly vs InClass

The clearest difference is ads: InClass at none against Schooly's shown. Schooly's advantage is ratings volume (402 vs 3) and update cadence (every 5 days vs monthly). On price, rating, in-app purchases and monetization model there is nothing between them.

Both are free to download. Schooly sells 4 in-app purchases, starting at $2.99 per month and InClass sells 3 in-app purchases, starting at $0.79 per month. Whichever you choose, the download price is not the number that matters.

Schooly holds the better App Store score, 4.5 against 4.3. That said, the two scores are not equally well evidenced: Schooly has 402 ratings behind it against 3, so its average is the more settled of the two. Written reviews point the same way: 74% of Schooly's written reviews are positive against 50% of InClass's.

Schooly ships an update every 5 days, InClass monthly. The most recent releases landed on October 24, 2026 and October 30, 2026 respectively.
