# Mobile ID vs RPMS

The clearest difference is update cadence: Mobile ID at every 4 months against RPMS's every 45 months. RPMS's advantage is iOS requirement (13.0 vs 15.0). On price, ads, in-app purchases and device support there is nothing between them.

Both are free to download. Neither carries in-app purchases, so what you see is what you pay.

Mobile ID ships an update every 4 months, RPMS every 45 months. The most recent releases landed on October 24, 2026 and October 25, 2026 respectively.
