# 魔信 vs 叭叭

The clearest difference is in-app purchases: 魔信 at none against 叭叭's 1. 魔信 also leads on iOS requirement (9.0 vs 13.0). 叭叭's advantage is update cadence (fortnightly vs every 2 months). On price, ads and device support there is nothing between them.

Both are free to download. 叭叭 sells 1 one-off in-app purchase. 魔信 asks for nothing beyond the download.

魔信 ships an update every 2 months, 叭叭 fortnightly. The most recent releases landed on October 25, 2026 and October 24, 2026 respectively.
