# ARPHA Vision vs OMBAR

The clearest difference is rating: ARPHA Vision at 2.6 against OMBAR's 2.0. ARPHA Vision also leads on iOS requirement (9.0 vs 12.0). OMBAR's advantage is update cadence (every 6 weeks vs every 10 months) and ratings volume (105 vs 22). On price, review sentiment, ads and in-app purchases there is nothing between them.

Both are free to download. Neither carries in-app purchases, so what you see is what you pay.

ARPHA Vision holds the better App Store score, 2.6 against 2.0. Both are backed by a comparable volume of ratings — 22 and 105 respectively. Written reviews complicate that: 20% of ARPHA Vision's written reviews are positive against 25% of OMBAR's, so the app with the better star average is not the one people write more warmly about.

ARPHA Vision ships an update every 10 months, OMBAR every 6 weeks. The most recent releases landed on September 23, 2026 and October 7, 2026 respectively.
