# Pace vs Pace

The clearest difference is in-app purchases: Pace at none against Pace's 1. Pace also leads on ads (none vs shown) and review sentiment (100% vs 75%). Pace's advantage is update cadence (every 6 weeks vs every 9 months) and ratings volume (386 vs 1). On price, device support and iOS requirement there is nothing between them.

Both are free to download. Pace sells 1 one-off in-app purchase. Pace asks for nothing beyond the download.

Pace holds the better App Store score, 5.0 against 4.7. That said, the two scores are not equally well evidenced: Pace has 386 ratings behind it against 1, so its average is the more settled of the two. Written reviews point the same way: 75% of Pace's written reviews are positive against 100% of Pace's.

Pace ships an update every 6 weeks, Pace every 9 months. The most recent releases landed on October 16, 2026 and September 17, 2026 respectively.
