# Pace vs On Pace For

The clearest difference is ratings volume: Pace at 386 against On Pace For's 2. Pace also leads on iOS requirement (18.6 vs 26.5). On Pace For's advantage is rating (5.0 vs 4.7) and update cadence (every 2 weeks vs every 6 weeks). On price, ads, in-app purchases and monetization model there is nothing between them.

Both are free to download. Pace sells 1 one-off in-app purchase and On Pace For sells 2 in-app purchases, starting at $0.99 per month. Whichever you choose, the download price is not the number that matters.

On Pace For holds the better App Store score, 5.0 against 4.7. That said, the two scores are not equally well evidenced: Pace has 386 ratings behind it against 2, so its average is the more settled of the two.

Pace ships an update every 6 weeks, On Pace For every 2 weeks. The most recent releases landed on October 20, 2026 and October 9, 2026 respectively.
