# Forest vs Focus Traveller

The clearest difference is ads: Focus Traveller at none against Forest's shown. Focus Traveller also leads on ratings volume (3.9K vs 4). Forest's advantage is review sentiment (100% vs 86%) and iOS requirement (12.0 vs 16.2). On price, rating, update cadence and in-app purchases there is nothing between them.

Both are free to download. Forest sells 3 in-app purchases, starting at $2.99 per month and Focus Traveller sells 10 in-app purchases, starting at $0.99 per month. Whichever you choose, the download price is not the number that matters.

On the App Store both sit at effectively the same score — 5.0 for Forest against 4.9 for Focus Traveller.
