# Codex vs SingLinkVPN

The clearest difference is review sentiment: SingLinkVPN at 59% against Codex's 0%. SingLinkVPN also leads on update cadence (every 10 days vs monthly) and device support (5 vs 3). Codex's advantage is rating (4.7 vs 4.0) and iOS requirement (11.0 vs 15.0). On price, ratings volume, ads and in-app purchases there is nothing between them.

Both are free to download. Codex sells 3 in-app purchases, starting at $0.99 per 7 days and SingLinkVPN sells 6 in-app purchases, starting at $8.79 per month. Whichever you choose, the download price is not the number that matters.

Codex holds the better App Store score, 4.7 against 4.0. Both are backed by a comparable volume of ratings — 3 and 4 respectively. Written reviews complicate that: 0% of Codex's written reviews are positive against 59% of SingLinkVPN's, so the app with the better star average is not the one people write more warmly about.

Codex ships an update monthly, SingLinkVPN every 10 days. The most recent releases landed on October 5, 2026 and October 14, 2026 respectively.
