# Rocket Rewards vs Mode Dating

The clearest difference is rating: Mode Dating at 5.0 against Rocket Rewards's 2.1. Mode Dating also leads on update cadence (every 4 days vs every 7 months) and iOS requirement (13.0 vs 16.0). Rocket Rewards's advantage is ratings volume (11 vs 1). On price, ads, in-app purchases and monetization model there is nothing between them.

Both are free to download. Neither carries in-app purchases, so what you see is what you pay.

Mode Dating holds the better App Store score, 5.0 against 2.1. That said, the two scores are not equally well evidenced: Rocket Rewards has 11 ratings behind it against 1, so its average is the more settled of the two.

Rocket Rewards ships an update every 7 months, Mode Dating every 4 days. Both last shipped on November 3, 2026.
