# Qixel vs Pixel Art

The clearest difference is rating: Pixel Art at 4.0 against Qixel's 3.6. Qixel's advantage is ratings volume (16 vs 2) and iOS requirement (9.0 vs 15.0). On price, ads, in-app purchases and monetization model there is nothing between them.

Both are free to download. Qixel sells 1 one-off in-app purchase and Pixel Art sells 1 one-off in-app purchase. Whichever you choose, the download price is not the number that matters.

Pixel Art holds the better App Store score, 4.0 against 3.6. That said, the two scores are not equally well evidenced: Qixel has 16 ratings behind it against 2, so its average is the more settled of the two.
