# Inner Dimension vs Yogis Anonymous

The clearest difference is update cadence: Inner Dimension at every 6 days against Yogis Anonymous's every 11 months. Inner Dimension also leads on monetization model (free vs free with in-app purchases) and ratings volume (2.8K vs 11). Yogis Anonymous's advantage is review sentiment (100% vs 84%). On price, rating, ads and in-app purchases there is nothing between them.

Both are free to download. Inner Dimension sells 2 in-app purchases, starting at $19.95 per month and Yogis Anonymous sells 2 in-app purchases, starting at $17.99 per month. Whichever you choose, the download price is not the number that matters.

On the App Store both sit at effectively the same score — 4.9 for Inner Dimension against 5.0 for Yogis Anonymous. That said, the two scores are not equally well evidenced: Inner Dimension has 2.8K ratings behind it against 11, so its average is the more settled of the two. Written reviews are what separate them: 84% of Inner Dimension's written reviews are positive against 100% of Yogis Anonymous's.

Inner Dimension ships an update every 6 days, Yogis Anonymous every 11 months. The most recent releases landed on October 27, 2026 and October 24, 2026 respectively.
