# Water Competence vs ProductPath

The clearest difference is iOS requirement: Water Competence at 13.0 against ProductPath's 17.0. On price, update cadence, ads and in-app purchases there is nothing between them.

Both are free to download. Water Competence sells 1 one-off in-app purchase and ProductPath sells 2 in-app purchases, starting at $14.99 per month. Whichever you choose, the download price is not the number that matters.

Both ship on a similar rhythm, roughly every 2 months. The most recent releases landed on October 14, 2026 and October 7, 2026 respectively.
