# MyDucati vs EM Connect

The clearest difference is rating: MyDucati at 2.4 against EM Connect's 1.0. MyDucati also leads on update cadence (monthly vs every 2 months) and ratings volume (57 vs 4). EM Connect's advantage is monetization model (free vs free with in-app purchases) and review sentiment (40% vs 23%). On price, ads, in-app purchases and device support there is nothing between them.

Both are free to download. Neither carries in-app purchases, so what you see is what you pay.

MyDucati holds the better App Store score, 2.4 against 1.0. That said, the two scores are not equally well evidenced: MyDucati has 57 ratings behind it against 4, so its average is the more settled of the two. Written reviews complicate that: 23% of MyDucati's written reviews are positive against 40% of EM Connect's, so the app with the better star average is not the one people write more warmly about.

MyDucati ships an update monthly, EM Connect every 2 months. The most recent releases landed on October 21, 2026 and October 24, 2026 respectively.
