# Construct Up vs Highway Madness

The clearest difference is rating: Highway Madness at 4.6 against Construct Up's 3.1. Highway Madness also leads on ratings volume (740 vs 15) and update cadence (every 5 days vs every 2 weeks). Construct Up's advantage is review sentiment (100% vs 69%). On price, ads, in-app purchases and monetization model there is nothing between them.

Both are free to download. Neither carries in-app purchases, so what you see is what you pay.

Highway Madness holds the better App Store score, 4.6 against 3.1. That said, the two scores are not equally well evidenced: Highway Madness has 740 ratings behind it against 15, so its average is the more settled of the two. Written reviews complicate that: 100% of Construct Up's written reviews are positive against 69% of Highway Madness's, so the app with the better star average is not the one people write more warmly about.

Construct Up ships an update every 2 weeks, Highway Madness every 5 days. The most recent releases landed on October 20, 2026 and October 30, 2026 respectively.
