# CompTIA Security+ Exam Prep vs Octo

The clearest difference is rating: CompTIA Security+ Exam Prep at 4.9 against Octo's 3.0. CompTIA Security+ Exam Prep also leads on review sentiment (85% vs 50%) and ratings volume (6.6K vs 2). Octo's advantage is ads (none vs shown) and monetization model (free vs free with in-app purchases). On price, in-app purchases and device support there is nothing between them.
