# Fit vs Flows!

The clearest difference is ratings volume: Fit at 818 against Flows!'s 1. Fit also leads on update cadence (monthly vs every 3 months). Flows!'s advantage is rating (5.0 vs 4.7). On price, ads, in-app purchases and monetization model there is nothing between them.

Both are free to download. Fit sells 5 in-app purchases, starting at $19.99 per month and Flows! sells 8 in-app purchases, starting at $19.95 per month. Whichever you choose, the download price is not the number that matters.

Flows! holds the better App Store score, 5.0 against 4.7. That said, the two scores are not equally well evidenced: Fit has 818 ratings behind it against 1, so its average is the more settled of the two.

Fit ships an update monthly, Flows! every 3 months. The most recent releases landed on October 29, 2026 and October 28, 2026 respectively.
