# PGA Championships vs ASB taskTracker

The clearest difference is ratings volume: PGA Championships at 18K against ASB taskTracker's 2. PGA Championships also leads on update cadence (every 8 days vs every 2 months). ASB taskTracker's advantage is rating (5.0 vs 4.7) and monetization model (ad-supported vs free with in-app purchases). On price, ads, in-app purchases and device support there is nothing between them.

Both are free to download. Neither carries in-app purchases, so what you see is what you pay.

ASB taskTracker holds the better App Store score, 5.0 against 4.7. That said, the two scores are not equally well evidenced: PGA Championships has 18K ratings behind it against 2, so its average is the more settled of the two.

PGA Championships ships an update every 8 days, ASB taskTracker every 2 months. The most recent releases landed on October 25, 2026 and October 22, 2026 respectively.
