# Pics21 vs OlaNote

The clearest difference is update cadence: Pics21 at every 2 days against OlaNote's fortnightly. Pics21 also leads on device support (3 vs 1) and iOS requirement (12.0 vs 16.0). On price, ads and in-app purchases there is nothing between them.

Both are free to download. Pics21 sells 1 one-off in-app purchase and OlaNote sells 6 in-app purchases, starting at $3.99 per month. Whichever you choose, the download price is not the number that matters.

Pics21 ships an update every 2 days, OlaNote fortnightly. Both last shipped on October 7, 2026.
