# BC eSIM vs Nesa

The clearest difference is rating: BC eSIM at 4.9 against Nesa's 3.0. BC eSIM also leads on ratings volume (83 vs 2) and review sentiment (91% vs 75%). Nesa's advantage is monetization model (free vs free with in-app purchases). On price, update cadence, ads and in-app purchases there is nothing between them.

Both are free to download. Neither carries in-app purchases, so what you see is what you pay.

BC eSIM holds the better App Store score, 4.9 against 3.0. That said, the two scores are not equally well evidenced: BC eSIM has 83 ratings behind it against 2, so its average is the more settled of the two.
