# ThinkDriver vs OBDGO PRO

The clearest difference is monetization model: OBDGO PRO at free against ThinkDriver's paid. OBDGO PRO also leads on review sentiment (69% vs 58%). ThinkDriver's advantage is ratings volume (270 vs 25) and iOS requirement (9.0 vs 11.0). On price, rating, update cadence and ads there is nothing between them.

Both are free to download. Neither carries in-app purchases, so what you see is what you pay.

On the App Store both sit at effectively the same score — 4.5 for ThinkDriver against 4.6 for OBDGO PRO. That said, the two scores are not equally well evidenced: ThinkDriver has 270 ratings behind it against 25, so its average is the more settled of the two. Written reviews are what separate them: 58% of ThinkDriver's written reviews are positive against 69% of OBDGO PRO's.

ThinkDriver ships an update monthly, OBDGO PRO every 2 months. The most recent releases landed on October 7, 2026 and September 30, 2026 respectively.
