# Multifly vs Multiplication Flash Cards*

The clearest difference is monetization model: Multifly at free with in-app purchases against Multiplication Flash Cards*'s subscription. Multifly also leads on ratings volume (2.3K vs 3) and update cadence (monthly vs every 2 months). On price, rating, ads and in-app purchases there is nothing between them.

Both are free to download. Multifly sells 2 in-app purchases, starting at $59.99 per year and Multiplication Flash Cards* sells 2 in-app purchases, starting at $5.99 per 7 days. Whichever you choose, the download price is not the number that matters.

Multifly holds the better App Store score, 4.5 against 4.3. That said, the two scores are not equally well evidenced: Multifly has 2.3K ratings behind it against 3, so its average is the more settled of the two.

Multifly ships an update monthly, Multiplication Flash Cards* every 2 months. The most recent releases landed on October 15, 2026 and October 3, 2026 respectively.
