# Pie Tap vs Duino Coffeehouse

Pie Tap and Duino Coffeehouse both sit at 4.8 stars, but that hides the real split: 50% of Pie Tap's written reviews are positive against 0% of Duino Coffeehouse's. Pie Tap also leads on ratings volume (864 vs 6) and device support. Duino Coffeehouse's advantage is monetization model (free vs ad-supported). On price, rating and in-app purchases there is nothing between them.

Both are free to download. Neither carries in-app purchases, so what you see is what you pay.

Duino Coffeehouse holds the better App Store score, 5.0 against 4.8. That said, the two scores are not equally well evidenced: Pie Tap has 864 ratings behind it against 6, so its average is the more settled of the two. Written reviews complicate that: 50% of Pie Tap's written reviews are positive against 0% of Duino Coffeehouse's, so the app with the better star average is not the one people write more warmly about.
