# ElephantTrax vs FaceBox

The clearest difference is update cadence: FaceBox at every 10 days against ElephantTrax's monthly. ElephantTrax's advantage is device support (3 vs 1) and iOS requirement (15 vs 26.2). On price, ads and in-app purchases there is nothing between them.

Both are free to download. ElephantTrax sells 13 in-app purchases, starting at $2.99 per month and FaceBox sells 2 in-app purchases, starting at $1.99 per month. Whichever you choose, the download price is not the number that matters.

ElephantTrax ships an update monthly, FaceBox every 10 days. The most recent releases landed on October 13, 2026 and September 30, 2026 respectively.
