# Tasks vs Five Tasks

The clearest difference is in-app purchases: Five Tasks at none against Tasks's 12. Five Tasks also leads on rating (5.0 vs 4.6). Tasks's advantage is ratings volume (1.9K vs 15) and review sentiment (63% vs 50%). On price, ads and iOS requirement there is nothing between them.

Both are free to download. Tasks sells 12 in-app purchases, starting at $3.99 per 7 days. Five Tasks asks for nothing beyond the download.

Five Tasks holds the better App Store score, 5.0 against 4.6. That said, the two scores are not equally well evidenced: Tasks has 1.9K ratings behind it against 15, so its average is the more settled of the two. Written reviews complicate that: 63% of Tasks's written reviews are positive against 50% of Five Tasks's, so the app with the better star average is not the one people write more warmly about.
