# Spectrio SHARE vs BuyNothing

The clearest difference is in-app purchases: Spectrio SHARE at none against BuyNothing's 8. Spectrio SHARE also leads on rating (4.8 vs 4.3) and iOS requirement (13.0 vs 16.0). BuyNothing's advantage is ratings volume (2.1K vs 8) and chart position (#164 vs unranked). On price, update cadence, ads and device support there is nothing between them.

Both are free to download. BuyNothing sells 8 in-app purchases, starting at $3.99 per month. Spectrio SHARE asks for nothing beyond the download.

Spectrio SHARE holds the better App Store score, 4.8 against 4.3. That said, the two scores are not equally well evidenced: BuyNothing has 2.1K ratings behind it against 8, so its average is the more settled of the two.

Spectrio SHARE ships an update every 4 weeks, BuyNothing fortnightly. The most recent releases landed on November 3, 2026 and November 7, 2026 respectively.
