# The Ford vs FYCit

The clearest difference is rating: The Ford at 5.0 against FYCit's 3.7. FYCit's advantage is ads (none vs shown) and monetization model (free vs ad-supported). On price, update cadence, in-app purchases and device support there is nothing between them.

Both are free to download. Neither carries in-app purchases, so what you see is what you pay.

The Ford holds the better App Store score, 5.0 against 3.7. That said, the two scores are not equally well evidenced: FYCit has 48 ratings behind it against 6, so its average is the more settled of the two.

The Ford ships an update every 6 weeks, FYCit monthly. The most recent releases landed on October 12, 2026 and October 25, 2026 respectively.
