# REsimpli vs Cohere

The clearest difference is rating: REsimpli at 4.9 against Cohere's 4.2. REsimpli also leads on ratings volume (387 vs 10). Cohere's advantage is in-app purchases (none vs 5) and iOS requirement (15.5 vs 17.6). On price, review sentiment, update cadence and ads there is nothing between them.

Both are free to download. REsimpli sells 5 one-off in-app purchases. Cohere asks for nothing beyond the download.

REsimpli holds the better App Store score, 4.9 against 4.2. That said, the two scores are not equally well evidenced: REsimpli has 387 ratings behind it against 10, so its average is the more settled of the two. Written reviews complicate that: 99% of REsimpli's written reviews are positive against 100% of Cohere's, so the app with the better star average is not the one people write more warmly about.

REsimpli ships an update fortnightly, Cohere every 2 weeks. The most recent releases landed on October 24, 2026 and October 15, 2026 respectively.
