# Letterforms vs Draw Fonts

The clearest difference is device support: Letterforms at 4 against Draw Fonts's 2. Letterforms also leads on iOS requirement (14.0 vs 26.0). On price, update cadence, ads and in-app purchases there is nothing between them.

Both are free to download. Letterforms sells 4 in-app purchases, starting at $0.99 per 7 days and Draw Fonts sells 1 one-off in-app purchase. Whichever you choose, the download price is not the number that matters.

Both ship on a similar rhythm, roughly weekly. The most recent releases landed on October 16, 2026 and October 7, 2026 respectively.
