# Mindgem vs OmAhHum

The clearest difference is in-app purchases: Mindgem at none against OmAhHum's 10. OmAhHum's advantage is update cadence (fortnightly vs every 4 months). On price, rating, review sentiment and ratings volume there is nothing between them.

Both are free to download. OmAhHum sells 10 in-app purchases, starting at $0.99 per month. Mindgem asks for nothing beyond the download.

Mindgem holds the better App Store score, 4.9 against 4.8. Both are backed by a comparable volume of ratings — 24 and 20 respectively. Written reviews complicate that: 88% of Mindgem's written reviews are positive against 91% of OmAhHum's, so the app with the better star average is not the one people write more warmly about.

Mindgem ships an update every 4 months, OmAhHum fortnightly. Both last shipped on October 24, 2026.
