# DE FPV vs HR

The clearest difference is rating: DE FPV at 3.6 against HR's 2.2. DE FPV also leads on ratings volume (188 vs 19). HR's advantage is update cadence (weekly vs every 2 months) and iOS requirement (9.0 vs 11.0). On price, review sentiment, ads and in-app purchases there is nothing between them.

Both are free to download. Neither carries in-app purchases, so what you see is what you pay.

DE FPV holds the better App Store score, 3.6 against 2.2. That said, the two scores are not equally well evidenced: DE FPV has 188 ratings behind it against 19, so its average is the more settled of the two. Written reviews point the same way: 37% of DE FPV's written reviews are positive against 33% of HR's.

DE FPV ships an update every 2 months, HR weekly. The most recent releases landed on October 14, 2026 and October 3, 2026 respectively.
