# FaceRun vs Jappy Frog

The clearest difference is update cadence: FaceRun at every 2 days against Jappy Frog's every 5 days. FaceRun also leads on iOS requirement (13.0 vs 18.0). On price, ads, in-app purchases and device support there is nothing between them.

Both are free to download. FaceRun sells 10 one-off in-app purchases and Jappy Frog sells 4 one-off in-app purchases. Whichever you choose, the download price is not the number that matters.

FaceRun ships an update every 2 days, Jappy Frog every 5 days. The most recent releases landed on October 29, 2026 and November 3, 2026 respectively.
