# FaceRun vs ThreadMan

The clearest difference is update cadence: FaceRun at every 2 days against ThreadMan's every 6 days. FaceRun also leads on iOS requirement (13.0 vs 15.0). On price, ads, in-app purchases and device support there is nothing between them.

Both are free to download. FaceRun sells 10 one-off in-app purchases and ThreadMan sells 1 one-off in-app purchase. Whichever you choose, the download price is not the number that matters.

FaceRun ships an update every 2 days, ThreadMan every 6 days. The most recent releases landed on October 29, 2026 and October 26, 2026 respectively.
