# Printer App vs Print Plus

The clearest difference is rating: Print Plus at 5.0 against Printer App's 4.5. Print Plus also leads on update cadence (every 5 days vs every 3 weeks). Printer App's advantage is ratings volume (25K vs 4) and device support (3 vs 1). On price, ads, in-app purchases and monetization model there is nothing between them.

Both are free to download. Printer App sells 1 one-off in-app purchase and Print Plus sells 4 in-app purchases, starting at $6.99 per 7 days. Whichever you choose, the download price is not the number that matters.

Print Plus holds the better App Store score, 5.0 against 4.5. That said, the two scores are not equally well evidenced: Printer App has 25K ratings behind it against 4, so its average is the more settled of the two.

Printer App ships an update every 3 weeks, Print Plus every 5 days. The most recent releases landed on October 20, 2026 and October 16, 2026 respectively.
