# Tech vs Muse Fit

The clearest difference is rating: Muse Fit at 4.4 against Tech's 1.6. Muse Fit also leads on review sentiment (35% vs 13%) and update cadence (every 2 weeks vs monthly). Tech's advantage is ratings volume (83 vs 7) and iOS requirement (13.0 vs 15.0). On price, ads, in-app purchases and monetization model there is nothing between them.

Both are free to download. Neither carries in-app purchases, so what you see is what you pay.

Muse Fit holds the better App Store score, 4.4 against 1.6. That said, the two scores are not equally well evidenced: Tech has 83 ratings behind it against 7, so its average is the more settled of the two. Written reviews point the same way: 13% of Tech's written reviews are positive against 35% of Muse Fit's.

Tech ships an update monthly, Muse Fit every 2 weeks. The most recent releases landed on October 12, 2026 and October 20, 2026 respectively.
