# InnerNow vs ThriveLoop

The clearest difference is ratings volume: InnerNow at 40K against ThriveLoop's 1. ThriveLoop's advantage is update cadence (every 3 days vs weekly). On price, rating, ads and in-app purchases there is nothing between them.

Both are free to download. InnerNow sells 10 in-app purchases, starting at $14.99 per month and ThriveLoop sells 4 in-app purchases, starting at $7.99 per month. Whichever you choose, the download price is not the number that matters.

On the App Store both sit at effectively the same score — 4.9 for InnerNow against 5.0 for ThriveLoop. That said, the two scores are not equally well evidenced: InnerNow has 40K ratings behind it against 1, so its average is the more settled of the two.

InnerNow ships an update weekly, ThriveLoop every 3 days. The most recent releases landed on October 29, 2026 and October 25, 2026 respectively.
