# 实道学院 vs TcmNote

The clearest difference is ads: 实道学院 at none against TcmNote's shown. TcmNote's advantage is update cadence (weekly vs fortnightly). On price, in-app purchases, device support and iOS requirement there is nothing between them.

Both are free to download. 实道学院 sells 10 in-app purchases, starting at $6.99 per month and TcmNote sells 2 in-app purchases, starting at $1.99 per month. Whichever you choose, the download price is not the number that matters.
