# Heatwise Studio vs Harlem Pilates

The clearest difference is monetization model: Harlem Pilates at free against Heatwise Studio's free with in-app purchases. Heatwise Studio's advantage is update cadence (every 4 weeks vs every 2 months) and ratings volume (705 vs 92). On price, rating, review sentiment and ads there is nothing between them.

Both are free to download. Neither carries in-app purchases, so what you see is what you pay.

On the App Store both sit at effectively the same score — 5.0 for Heatwise Studio against 4.9 for Harlem Pilates. That said, the two scores are not equally well evidenced: Heatwise Studio has 705 ratings behind it against 92, so its average is the more settled of the two. Written reviews split almost evenly too, at 100% and 100% positive.

Heatwise Studio ships an update every 4 weeks, Harlem Pilates every 2 months. The most recent releases landed on November 3, 2026 and October 30, 2026 respectively.
