# AI Viewer vs SVG View

The clearest difference is rating: AI Viewer at 2.9 against SVG View's 2.0. AI Viewer also leads on ratings volume (14 vs 3) and iOS requirement (13.0 vs 18.6). SVG View's advantage is ads (none vs shown) and review sentiment (50% vs 29%). On price, update cadence, in-app purchases and monetization model there is nothing between them.

Both are free to download. AI Viewer sells 1 in-app purchase, starting at $24.99 per year and SVG View sells 2 one-off in-app purchases. Whichever you choose, the download price is not the number that matters.

AI Viewer holds the better App Store score, 2.9 against 2.0. Both are backed by a comparable volume of ratings — 14 and 3 respectively. Written reviews complicate that: 29% of AI Viewer's written reviews are positive against 50% of SVG View's, so the app with the better star average is not the one people write more warmly about.

AI Viewer ships an update fortnightly, SVG View monthly. The most recent releases landed on October 24, 2026 and October 21, 2026 respectively.
