# Ударение vs НГУ

The clearest difference is ads: НГУ at none against Ударение's shown. НГУ also leads on rating (5.0 vs 4.8) and monetization model (free vs ad-supported). Ударение's advantage is review sentiment (70% vs 43%) and ratings volume (106 vs 1). On price, in-app purchases and device support there is nothing between them.

Both are free to download. Neither carries in-app purchases, so what you see is what you pay.

НГУ holds the better App Store score, 5.0 against 4.8. That said, the two scores are not equally well evidenced: Ударение has 106 ratings behind it against 1, so its average is the more settled of the two. Written reviews complicate that: 70% of Ударение's written reviews are positive against 43% of НГУ's, so the app with the better star average is not the one people write more warmly about.

Ударение ships an update every 5 weeks, НГУ fortnightly. The most recent releases landed on September 30, 2026 and September 23, 2026 respectively.
