# Egg vs Chicken Factory!

The clearest difference is ads: Egg at none against Chicken Factory!'s shown. Egg also leads on update cadence (daily vs every 9 days) and review sentiment (40% vs 18%). On price, rating, in-app purchases and monetization model there is nothing between them.

Both are free to download. Egg sells 1 one-off in-app purchase and Chicken Factory! sells 3 one-off in-app purchases. Whichever you choose, the download price is not the number that matters.

On the App Store both sit at effectively the same score — 4.5 for Egg against 4.5 for Chicken Factory!. That said, the two scores are not equally well evidenced: Egg has 2.4K ratings behind it against 450, so its average is the more settled of the two. Written reviews are what separate them: 40% of Egg's written reviews are positive against 18% of Chicken Factory!'s.

Egg ships an update daily, Chicken Factory! every 9 days. The most recent releases landed on October 25, 2026 and October 24, 2026 respectively.
