# Koros vs DanSync

The clearest difference is ads: Koros at none against DanSync's shown. Koros also leads on iOS requirement (12.0 vs 16.0). DanSync's advantage is update cadence (every 5 days vs monthly). On price, in-app purchases and device support there is nothing between them.

Both are free to download. Koros sells 4 in-app purchases, starting at $59.99 per month and DanSync sells 1 in-app purchase, starting at $1.99 per month. Whichever you choose, the download price is not the number that matters.

Koros ships an update monthly, DanSync every 5 days. The most recent releases landed on October 29, 2026 and October 24, 2026 respectively.
