# Schlage Mobile Access vs +Resident by Concierge Plus

The clearest difference is review sentiment: +Resident by Concierge Plus at 100% against Schlage Mobile Access's 43%. +Resident by Concierge Plus also leads on update cadence (every 3 weeks vs every 3 months). Schlage Mobile Access's advantage is rating (4.7 vs 3.3) and ratings volume (3.9K vs 8). On price, ads, in-app purchases and monetization model there is nothing between them.

Schlage Mobile Access holds the better App Store score, 4.7 against 3.3. That said, the two scores are not equally well evidenced: Schlage Mobile Access has 3.9K ratings behind it against 8, so its average is the more settled of the two.
