# Satellite Chasers vs PMP Prep

The clearest difference is rating: PMP Prep at 5.0 against Satellite Chasers's 4.6. Satellite Chasers's advantage is ratings volume (27 vs 1) and iOS requirement (15.0 vs 17.0). On price, update cadence, ads and in-app purchases there is nothing between them.

Both are free to download. Satellite Chasers sells 2 one-off in-app purchases and PMP Prep sells 2 in-app purchases, starting at $2.99 per month. Whichever you choose, the download price is not the number that matters.

PMP Prep holds the better App Store score, 5.0 against 4.6. That said, the two scores are not equally well evidenced: Satellite Chasers has 27 ratings behind it against 1, so its average is the more settled of the two.

Both ship on a similar rhythm, roughly monthly. The most recent releases landed on November 3, 2026 and October 31, 2026 respectively.
