# Mindlist vs BBA Connect

The clearest difference is rating: Mindlist at 4.7 against BBA Connect's 4.2. Mindlist also leads on ratings volume (1.6K vs 5) and update cadence (fortnightly vs every 2 months). BBA Connect's advantage is review sentiment (100% vs 76%). On price, ads, in-app purchases and monetization model there is nothing between them.

Both are free to download. Mindlist sells 1 one-off in-app purchase and BBA Connect sells 6 in-app purchases, starting at $6.99 per month. Whichever you choose, the download price is not the number that matters.

Mindlist holds the better App Store score, 4.7 against 4.2. That said, the two scores are not equally well evidenced: Mindlist has 1.6K ratings behind it against 5, so its average is the more settled of the two. Written reviews complicate that: 76% of Mindlist's written reviews are positive against 100% of BBA Connect's, so the app with the better star average is not the one people write more warmly about.

Mindlist ships an update fortnightly, BBA Connect every 2 months. The most recent releases landed on October 29, 2026 and October 24, 2026 respectively.
